Ch. Malescasse, Haut Medoc, Cro Bourgeois, 2010 ABV 14%
The vineyard is magnetically located on a hillside between Margaux and St. Julien - Beychevelle. It consists mainly of stone deposits of the Gironde and is a very sophisticated, pleasant Haut Médoc. The wine matures 14 months in 25% new oak. There is also a second wine to bring the quality of the first to a higher level. The location in Lamarque, between the above known appellations, and close to the Gironde, explains why the wine is refined and high quality.
